| Hello Ms Martinez It is a while since i have spoken to you. I hope you are well I am thinking of selling my apartment and wondered if you could answer a couple of things regarding this What is the Spanish capital gains rate, am i liable for tax in both the UK and Spain, can any money my sister and i paid in death duty taxes when our brothers died be deducted from what we will own?
